At Barber Wrestling we believe in fine tuning the athlete's wrestling and athletic performance. Finding the best path for success for each individual is our goal.

We do not believe in a systematic approach, as each athlete is different and has their own specialized needs and training methods. Our goal is to work with each athlete to help them reach their highest potential.

We specialize in Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco. We work with wrestlers from youth to the high school level.

Coach Hampton is a Texas Native who wrestled his prep career at Coppell High School in Dallas.  There he was a TX State Placer with a fourth place finish.  He then went on and wrestled at both the NCAA D1 and D2 level at VMI and Adams State respectively. He wrapped up his career at The University Of Texas.
